Full product details
The wax filter is the tiny disc in the tip of the receiver. When it clogs, the aid goes quiet or dead — and a new filter fixes it in thirty seconds. Keep a pack in the drawer.
Which one?
CeruShield Disk — the rotating disk with 8 filters, for Phonak Marvel, Paradise and Lumity (Receiver 4.0 / 5.0). CeruStop — the stick-type filter, for the new Audéo EON and Infinio Receiver 6.0 and for Phonak aids before Marvel (Belong, Venture and older). They are not interchangeable. If you use EasyGuard domes on an EON or Infinio you will change filters far less often.
Changing it
CeruShield: push the receiver tip into the empty slot on the disk to remove the old filter, turn the disk, push in the fresh one. CeruStop: use the empty end of the stick to pull the old filter out, turn it round and push the new one in until it clicks. Do it monthly.
