Signia’s RealTime Conversation Enhancement works out where each person around you is sitting and lifts their voice above the background, tracking up to three voices at once — the same maximum level as the flagship 7IX Pure. You follow the conversation as it moves round the table instead of catching every third word.

In the car and walking side by side
Spatial SpeechFocus automatically points the microphones at the passenger beside you or the kids in the back; SpeechFocus turns towards a voice from the side when you are out walking together.

Looks like earbuds, not a hearing aid
The Active Pro sits in the ear like a pair of wireless earbuds and charges in a case like them too. Nobody will assume it is a hearing aid — many people wear them openly for exactly that reason. Instant fit with soft click sleeves; no impressions, no waiting.

Auto EchoShield softens the reverberation that makes speech smear in big echoey rooms, and 12 kHz bandwidth keeps consonants crisp and music rich.

Out and about
A built-in motion sensor keeps you aware of traffic when you walk and focuses forward when you sit. Wind and clatter are handled at Signia’s maximum settings. IP68 rated, so sweat, rain and a workout are fine.

Own voice
One honest note: the Active family does not include Signia’s Own Voice Processing (that is a receiver-in-canal feature). Most wearers adapt within days; if own-voice sound is your main worry, the Pure Charge&Go is the safer choice.

Active Pro IX, Active IX or Active Mini 7IX — which one is right for you?

All three are ready-to-wear in-ear designs with Bluetooth streaming, hands-free calls, the Signia app and remote care. The Pro and the Mini carry Signia’s full conversation intelligence; the Active IX is the simpler, cheaper version without it. The Mini is smaller with a shorter battery.

Choose the Active Pro if you want the earbud look with the full noise-handling toolkit and the longest battery in the family.

Battery and charging

Up to 34 hours on a charge, or 29 hours with 5 hours of streaming — comfortably a full day and evening. A full charge takes around 4 hours. The charging case in the box is portable with a built-in power bank for three extra full charges, and sits on any Qi wireless pad.

Calls, TV and streaming

Streams calls, music and TV straight from iPhone (Made for iPhone), Android (ASHA) and the newer LE Audio phones. Calls are hands-free on iPhone and LE Audio phones — your voice is picked up by the hearing aids, so the phone can stay in your pocket — and you can tap the aid to accept a call. For laptops, older phones and TVs use the Signia StreamLine Mic or TV Sound accessory. No telecoil on the Active range.

The Signia app, Assistant and remote care

Volume, programs and streaming on your phone, plus the Signia Assistant — a chat that fixes “too sharp” or “too much noise” on the spot, 24/7. Our audiologist fine-tunes your aids remotely by video call through Signia TeleCare, free, for as long as you own them.

Tinnitus

Built-in tinnitus relief: four Ocean Waves sounds, a soft static therapy signal (20 channels / 5 presets) and Signia’s patented Notch Therapy for tonal tinnitus. Ask us to switch it on when we program your aids.
