Full product details
The miniReceiver 3.0 is the thin wire with the tiny speaker on the end that sits in your ear. It is the part that wears — sweat, wax and bending eventually kill the wire or the speaker — and it simply unplugs from the aid so you can fit a new one yourself in a minute.
How to order the right one
Look at your current receiver. The power (S, M or P) is printed on the speaker end; the wire length (1, 2, 3 or 4) and the side (red for right, blue for left) are on the plug that goes into the aid. Order the same. If the print has worn off, send us a photo and we will tell you. Ordering a different power changes how loud the aid is and needs re-programming — call us first.
Fits
Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX, Pure Charge&Go IX, BCT IX and T IX, Styletto IX, Pure Charge&Go AX and Styletto AX. The HP (high power) receiver is listed separately. Older X / Nx aids need the miniReceiver 2.0.
When to replace
Sound cutting in and out when you move the wire, crackling, or a dead aid that a new wax guard and a full charge did not fix. Unplug the old one (there is a small locking pin on the aid), push the new one in until it clicks, fit your sleeve, done.
